Abstract：Network of public opinion as a new form of media and public ,to our social life increasingly profound impact,but it also brings awareness and rational use of the network of public opinion, and how to guide online public opinion. In this paper, the anal- ysis of the current situation and existing problems of China＇s network of public opinion,a profound analysis of the need to strength- en the network guiding public opinion.
