面对医患纠纷:新闻媒体如何避免“八毛门”?

新闻媒体的不当渲染是医患纠纷难解的一个原因。面对医患纠纷,媒体应按照"三个合适介入阶段"和"三个不介入原则"以考虑是否介入,应慎重把握介入医患纠纷的时机,在介入方法上应重抨法与鸣冤法并举;而在对新闻媒体介入的规范上,应进一步开展媒体从业人员的职业素质教育,强化伦理干预,并实施行政和司法的综合干预。

Therefore, faced with medical disputes, the media should take the following principles into consideration while deciding whether to intervene or not, i.e. ＂three appropriate intervention stages＂ and ＂three not-involved-in principles＂, so as to in- tervene medical disputes at proper stage and with proper measures such as emphasizing attacking method and voicing-grievances method simultaneously. And in the aspect of regulating the norms of intervention for news me- dia, we should further improve media professionals＇ quality, strengthen ethics intervention, and implement inte- grated intervention of administration and justice.
