农村中小学生性侵害联动处理模式研究

Research on the Linkage Processing Mode of Sexual Violation of School Students in the Countryside

我国农村中小学生性侵害案件具有发生地点偏僻、持续时间长、熟人作案、侦破难度大等特点,而家庭监护不力、自我保护意识薄弱、学校管理不健全、不良社会环境的影响、立法滞后等是其频繁发生的主要原因。要有效遏制农村中小学生性侵害案件的发生,就必须建立家庭、学校、司法、社会联动处理模式。

In China, sexual violation cases of school students in the countryside have the characteristics of remote scene, long lasting, acquaintances committing, and detecting difficulties, etc.. This is mainly due to the following reasons： poor family care, weak sense of self- protection, imperfect school management, adverse effectsof social environment, and the legislation lag, etc.. Therefore, a linkage processing mode involving families, schools, justice and society must be set up in order to keep down sexual violation cases of school students in the countryside effectively.
