摘要
农药残留对食品质量安全的影响越来越明显,对食品农药残留的检测方法及技术提出了更高的要求。本研究主要阐述了中国食品中农药残留的来源和危害,并对食品中农药残留的检测新技术进行综述,以期为食品中农药残留的检测及新技术发展提供参考依据。
