摘要 如何建立一支优秀的物理教师团队,一支学习型组织;如何在团队中开展并落实有效活动,如何完成从活动形式的多样到意识形态的再创造,从而实现共同高效发展,是业界普遍关注的问题。对于教师团队和活动形态的理解,主要应从教师团队的目标谈活动的必要性,从教师团队的需求谈活动的必要性,从教师团队的发展谈活动的必要性。同时,教师团队活动与教师个体活动存在本质的区别。基于此,论述如何进行教师团队活动,以期为建立一支优秀的物理教师团队奠定坚实的基础。 How to establish an excellent physics teacher team, a study-based organization, how to carry out activities effectively and how to diversify activities and recreate ideology so as to realize the common and effective development are issues that arouse widespread concern in the industry. We should understand teacher team and activity mode by demonstrating the necessity of activities main- ly from the aspects of the goal, demand and development of teacher team. Meanwhile, there exists fundamental difference between teacher team activity and individual activity. Therefore, this paper discusses how to conduct teacher team activity in order to lay a solid foundation for the establishment of an excellent teacher team.
