摘要
中学教师在个人成长的同时面临着外在社会压力和职业"孤独",对抗中学教师工作中的"孤独感"的关键是建设优秀教师的团队文化,以此形成示范效应,培养教师团队的创新精神。基于此,分析影响团队文化建设的教师职业"孤独"的形成原因,提出优秀教师团队文化建设的主要内容及实践运用方式,形成有推广价值的教师团队成长模式,以期推动中学教育教学改革的理论与实践发展。
While middle school teachers attain personal growth, they face external social pressure and occupation lonely feeling, the key to combating teacher's occupation lonely feeling is to construct excellent teacher team culture to form demonstration effect and train teacher team's innovation spirit.
