漫谈设计院从事工程总承包的探索与体会

A discussion about the engineering exploration and the experience of design institute engaged in general contracting

EPC总承包是工程承包商对工程设计、采购、施工、试运行进行总承包的模式,这在国际上已是通常的做法。国家粮食储备局郑州科学研究设计院作为我国粮食领域研究工作设计的主力军和领先者,多年来,为我国粮食流通工程建设和技术进步做出了重大贡献。为实现创建具有国际水准的粮食流通工程公司目标,积极开拓EPC市场,探索EPC的管理,取得了一定效果。本文将结合现状作概要介绍,以共同推动设计院从事工程总承包的进程。

EPC is the general contracting mode of contractor for engineering design, procurement construction and commissioning, and has been widely used in the international community. Zheng zhou science Research ＆ Design Institute under the state Administration of Grain Reserve as the main force of China＇s grain field research, design, and leader. Over the years, it has made a significant contribution to the project construction and technological progress of China＇s grain distribution engineering. In order to realize the goals of create a grain distribution engineering company with international standards, and actively explore the EPC market, to explore the management of the EPC, and obtained certain results. This paper will make an overview of general contract with the current situation, and promote the process of design institute in general contracting.
