摘要
介绍了云南云天化国际云峰分公司300 kt/a硫磺制酸装置在现有装置SO2风机电动机末端增加汽轮机,形成汽轮机、减速箱、电动机、增速机、风机五合一机组的改造及使用情况。采用系统废热所产生的3.2~3.8 MPa、410~450℃中压过热蒸汽驱动汽轮机以带动SO2主鼓风机及电动机,达到降低电耗、节约能源的目的。
In the 300 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphurie acid plant of Yunnan Yuntianhua International Yunteng Branch Company, a steam turbine is installed on the non-driven end of existing SO2 blower motor to form a five- in-one set consisting of steam turbine, reduction gearbox, motor, speed increaser and blower. The retrofitting and application of the set are described. The 3.2 -3.8 MPa, 410 -450℃ medium pressure superheated steam produced by recovering waste heat of system is used to drive the steam turbine, which then drives the motor and SO2 main blower, reducing the power consumption.
