摘要
建筑业的"大客户"不同于其他传统产业,具有其特殊性。结合建筑企业的自身特点,探讨"大客户"概念、特点与分类,以及建筑企业如何实施"大客户"管理,最后提出一些可供借鉴的思路和经验。
Key Account of architectural industry has special characteristics and is different from that of traditional industries. Based on the characteristics of building enterprise, concept, characteristics and classification of Key Account as well as how to implement Key Account management are discussed, and some thoughts and experiences are put forward for reference.
