摘要
当今新加坡建筑业发展势头迅猛,新加坡建筑业主要具有技术水平高、运作规范并完善、工程管理体系具有现代特色的特点,通过分析我国建筑企业境外发展的道路,总结出在国际承包工程中全过程项目管理和人才资源的重要性。
Nowadays, Singapore witnesses a fast development in its building industry, which has such main characteristics as high technical level, normative and perfect operation, modern engineering management system, etc. The importance of full-course project management and talent resource in international engineering contract is summarized through analysis of oversea development of Chinese building enterprises.
