河南省投资和消费协调发展与经济增长

The Coordinated Development of Investment and Consumption and Economic Growth of Henan Province

扩大内需,抑制投资过度,已经成为我国经济发展的重要问题,河南省同样存在着投资过热、消费不足现象。通过河南省消费率和投资率与全国水平的对比,发现河南省投入过热、消费不足问题更为严重。从河南省投资结构看,投资过于集中于制造业,农村的投资比例相对较小。消费对经济增长的拉动效应要大于投资,从长期来看效果更为明显。河南省应当积极扩大内需,抑制投资过热,使投资的行业比例和城乡比例更为合理。

Expanding domestic demand and the inhibition of excessive investment has become an important issue for China. There are also overheated investment and insufficient consumption problems in Henan Province. This paper contrasts the consumption rate and investment rate of Henan Province to China＇ s, the result shows the investment overheat and consumptive inadequacy of Henan Province is more serious. From the structure of investment, investment is too concentrated in the manufacturing sectors. The proportion of rural investment is relatively small. The effect of consumption on economic growth is greater than the investment. In the long run the effect is more obvious. It should actively expand the domestic demand, to curd overheating investment, make the investment of industry proportion and rural-urban ratio more reasonable in Henan.
