国库部门推动“融税通”业务开展的思考--以驻马店市为例

Thought on the Business Development of Financing in Export Tax Rebate Pool by Treasury Apartment:Taking Zhumadian as an Example

"融税通"作为一种新型融资模式,为中小出口企业融资提供了新的办法和途径,对于缓解中小出口企业当前融资困难具有一定的作用。立足国库视角,以驻马店市"融税通"业务现状为例,从不同的层面和角度分析制约该业务快速推广和深入开展的因素,并提出推动该业务开展的措施与建议。

As a new financing mode, financing in export tax rebate pool provides the new way to cut down the financing difficulties for the small and medium export enterprises. This paper analyzed the reason of rapid development of the this business from different aspects and angles on the perspective of treasury by taking the business in Zhu Madian as an example, and gave some related measures and suggestions for development of this business.
