骨伤补颗粒接骨续损、抗炎镇痛的实验研究 被引量:1

AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF “GUSHANGBU KELI” ON FRACTURE HEALING, OSSEOUS DEFECT, PAINS AND INFLAMMATION

摘要 为观察骨伤补颗粒的接骨续损、镇痛抗炎作用。采用闭合骨折法、开放骨缺损法使大鼠腿骨产生骨折和骨缺损 ,然后按每公斤体重 1.8、3 .6、9.0 g生药口服给药 ,连续用药 15~ 2 5天 ,末次给药后 40分钟进行有关试验。小鼠按同样剂量口服给药 ,采用扭体法和热板法进行镇痛试验 ,采用大鼠足肿胀法和小鼠耳肿胀法进行抗炎实验。结果显示骨伤补颗粒剂明显促进骨折和骨缺损的愈合 ,与蒸馏水组比较有非常显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1) ;在对抗醋酸及热所致疼痛和抑制蛋清致足肿胀和二甲苯致耳肿胀方面 ,各剂量组均有明显作用 ,与对照组比较有非常显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1)。表明骨伤补颗粒有良好的接骨续损、抗炎镇痛作用。 Rat models of fracture and osseous defect were made by closed osteoclasia and open osteotomy, respectively and orally given “GUSHANGBU KELI” (GSBK, TCD Preparation, Granulae for Fracture and Injury) in doses of 1.8 g, 3.6 g and 9.0 g/kg of body weight for 15-25 days and the mice were orally given the same medicine with the same method. Forty minutes after the last administration, analgesic tests were performed by body twisting and hot plate methods, and anti inflammatory ones by rat plantar edema and xylene induced mouse ear edema so as to observe the therapeutic effect of GSBK on fracture healing, osseous defect, pains and inflammation. The results showed that GSBK functions to significantly stimulate the healing of fracture and the repair of osseous defect with a significant difference from the control (P < 0.01); to resist heat or chemical irritation induced pains and to inhibit egg white induced plantar edema and xylene induced ear edema with a significant difference from the control (P < 0.01), showing a good effect of GSBK on fracture healing, osseous defect repair, pains and inflammation.
