本文论述了在新形势下图书馆如何做到与时俱进,努力解决影响图书馆发展过程中存在的问题,实现图书馆的科学发展。结合我的馆的实际分别从馆舍条件、文献资源的种类和数量、馆员素质、图书馆数字化建设等方面谈一下我的看法。

This paper discusses the library how to advance with the times in the new situation, and try to resolve the problems which affects the process of library development, To achieve the scientific development of the library. Combining with the actual practice in our library, I will talk about my views from the premises conditions, the type and quantity of literature resources, the quality of librarians, library digital building etc.
