摘要
针对装备维修人员维修能力评估的复杂性、随机波动性等特点,文章利用模糊数学基本理论,采用模糊综合评判法对装备维修人员的维修能力进行评估,避免了传统评估方法主观性、片面性的缺点,能够比较真实的反映人员的实际维修能力,具有很强的应用价值。
Complexity, stochastic volatility and other characteristics of the maintenance capability assessment for equipment maintenance personnel, using the basic theory of fuzzy mathematics, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess the maintenance of the equipment maintenance personnel, to avoid the subjectivity of traditional assessment methods, one-sidedshortcomings, real and reflect the actual maintenance capability, with a strong value.
