介绍了莱钢大型线生产韩标SS400H型钢的工艺实践，通过设计合理化学成分，严格控制夹杂物含量，控制轧制温度、轧辊精度等技术措施，使产品的力学性能、外形尺寸、表面质量等技术指标稳定，符合标准及客户需求。
Process practice of H beam SS400 with Korean standard produced in large production line of Laiwu Steel was introduced, and through technical measures induding designing the reasonable chemical compositions, strictly controlling the inclusion content, the rolling temperature and the roller accuracy, the technical indexes such as mechanical properties, outline dimensions and surface quality of products were stable, meeting the standard and customer＇s requirements.
