摘要
采用设备故障率曲线分析不同设备维修模式的优缺点,结合设备的实际情况,确定对关键设备采用状态维修方式,对非关键设备等采用计划维修等方式,从而降低设备故障率,节约维修成本。
The advantages and disadvantages of different equipment maintenance modes were analyzed by failure rate curves of equipment, and combined with the actual situation of equipments, the stated maintenance mode was determined to be used for key equipments, the planned maintenance mode and others were used for non-key equipments, thereby reducing the equipment failure rate and saving the maintenance cost.
