摘要
文章研究了一种柱状结构散热器,与传统平板直肋片散热器相比,增大了换热面积,提高了散热效率.运用CFD软件ICEPAK对散热器的柱排列方式及截面形状进行了数值模拟,通过对散热器表面的流场、温度场和压力场的分析,获得满足要求的散热器最优结构.结果表明:菱形错排具有最优的散热效果,确定了柱截面面积存在着最优值.
A columnar heat sink can increase the area of the heat transfer and improve the cooling efficiency compared to the traditional plate fin heat sink. Numerical simulation of the column's cross-section shape and dis- tribution ways on the heat sink is presented with the CFD software ICEPAK in this paper. The optimal structure of the heat sink fulfilling the thermal control requirements is obtained by the analysis of the contours of tempera- ture, the velocity vectors of flow field on the surface of heat sink. It is showed that the row staggered and dia- mond-shaped heat sink has the best effect of the heat transfer and the optimal value of the column's cross-section shape is obtained
