介绍了2009—2011年将乐县开展水稻高产创建活动所取得的实效及组织措施,通过加强技术指导与培训、抓好"五新工程"等措施来推广高产优质的水稻品种和水稻高产群体调控增产增效措施,从而实现增产增收的目的。

This paper introduced the actual effects and organizational measures obtained from creating activity of highyielding rice at Jiangle county in 2009-2011. Some countermeasures such as strengthening technical guidance and training and doing a good job of Five New Projects were adopted to promote high-yielding and quality rice cuhivars and regulate high-yielding population structure for the increase in yield and economic benefits, and led to achieving the goals of increasing production and income.
