摘要
超限高层的总高度大,结构侧向刚度相对较小,呈现出高柔的特点,水平力作用是结构的主要控制因素。本文介绍了超高层住宅的结构设计要点,确定了抗震性能目标,采用不同力学模型的计算软件对结构进行对比分析,针对结构超限采取相应的加强措施,确保了结构的抗震安全性。
Total height of Super tall, relatively small lateral stiffness of structure, showing a high flexible characteristic, main control factors of hori- zontal force structure. This article introduced the design of super high--rise residential structures, seismic performance targets were identified, using different calculation software for mechanical model of comparative analysis of structure, for structural overrun of strengthening measures to ensure seismic safety of structures.
