摘要
作为国家经济建设的子系统,流通系统受重视的程度与日俱增。文章回顾了现代化理论的基本思想,指出传统的"现代化"在认识上所存在的不足;运用比较分析的方法,通过中日比较探讨流通现代化的概念、必要性及评价标准;结合产业组织论与市场营销论,构建适用于中国市场的流通现代化理论分析架构。
As the subsystem of national economic construction, the attention of distribution system is rising step by step. This article reviews the basic idea of the modernization theories, pointing out the shortage of "modernization" from traditional recognition. Besides, the concept, necessity and evaluation criteria of distribution system modernization is investigated, with Japan-China com- parison, and an appropriately analytical framework for the distribution theories of Chinese market on the combination of industrial organization and marketing theories is built.
