中西医结合治疗青光眼滤过性手术后浅前房

Treatment of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in shallow anterior chamber of eye after filtration surgery

目的 :观察中西医结合治疗青光眼滤过术后浅前房的临床效果。方法 :用抗生素、皮质类固醇激素、散瞳剂、消瘀渗湿汤等治疗 36例 (4 5只眼 )青光眼滤过术后浅前房 ,观察前房形成情况。结果 :经治疗 ,一级浅前房者平均 4天前房恢复 ,二级浅前房者平均 8.8天前房恢复 ,三级无前房者需要早期手术治疗。结论 :采用中西医结合治疗青光眼滤过术后浅前房疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effectiveness of the treatment of integrated Traditional chinese and Western Medicine in shallow anterior chamber of eye after filtration surgery.Methods:36 cases (45 eyes)of shallow anterior chamber of eye after filtration surgery were treated with antibiotics,steroids,myodriatics,and stasis-removing and dampness-excreting decoction so as to observe the recovering conditions of the shallow anterior chamber of eye.Results:After four days’ treatment,the grade I shallow anterior chamber was recovered to the normal condition,the grade Ⅱ shallow anterior chamber was also recovered after 8.8 days’ treatment,grade Ⅲ shallow anterior chamber had to undergo early operative treatment.Conclusions:The integrated therapy of Traditional chinese and Western Medicine could effectively treat the shallow anterior chamber after the filtration surgery for glaucoma.
