公众生活场是指党委政府和企业组织及其系统之外的由若干非官方性、非营利性、具有相对独立性的各民间组织构成的社会生活领域。公众生活场通过角逐场域权力、分类设置框架和协同新兴力量等手段对新闻场进行广泛的渗透与"侵入"。新闻场在与公众生活场的互动过程中,可以运用积极融入、整合动员、前瞻引导等策略实现与公众生活场之间的融合,赢得社会公众的认同,建立和提升自身的良好社会形象,形成新闻场与公众生活场协调共赢的局面。

Public life field is the one that consists of some unofficial, non-profit, and relative independent civil social organizations. It is the social life field that apart from party committee and governments as well as business organization.
