知识服务环境下高校图书馆的组织结构变革

On the transformation of the organizational structure of academic libraries under the environment of knowledge service

针对知识服务环境对高校图书馆组织结构的新要求,提出了适应知识服务环境要求的组织结构,探讨高校图书馆从传统组织结构转向新型的网络组织结构,介绍了网络组织结构的内涵和特征,建立了高校图书馆网络组织结构模式,提出组织结构变革中的几点措施。

Considering that the knowledge service environment places new requirements for the organizational structure of the library, this article presents an organizational structure conforming to the knowledge service, probes into the transformation from the traditional organizational structure into the online organizational structure, makes an introduction to the connotation and the characteristics of the online organizational structure, advances some models of online organizational structure in college libraries, and proposes some measures for the organizational transformation.
