农民工工作状态与健康的实证研究

Work and Health:An Empirical Study of Rural Migrant Workers

基于CFPS数据,运用有序probit模型分析我国当前农民工的工作状态满意度和健康之间的关系。实证结果发现工作状态满意度对农民工的健康有显著的正向促进作用。从工作状态满意度的四个主要维度作用上看,工作收入满意度对农民工健康的影响最为明显。从工作环境满意度对于健康的边际影响来看,对于农民工的影响小于对于城市职工的影响。从产业结构的角度来看,工作环境满意度对第二产业农民工健康的影响作用最大,而对第三产业的农民工来说,工作收入满意度仍然对健康影响作用最大。

On the basis of the CFPS data, this paper uses orderly probit model to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and health among rural migrant workers in China. It is found that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on the health of rural migrant workers. Among the four dimensions of job satisfaction, income satisfaction has the biggest effect. Environment satisfaction has a less significant marginal effect on the health of rural migrant workers than on that of urban workers. In terms of industrial structure ~ environment satisfaction has the most significant impact on the health of rural migrant workers in the secondary industry and income satisfaction has the greatest effect on the health of rural migrant workers in the tertiary industry.
