电站汽轮机轴瓦检测方法研究

摘要 研究发现JB/T 4272—94《汽轮机锡基合金轴瓦技术条件》中对电站汽轮机轴瓦检测缺陷认定的精度过低,不能满足汽轮机轴瓦检测要求的技术条件。重新进行理论计算,并与实际相结合,制定了新的缺陷认定方法,并在实践中得以验证和应用。 According to study the testing defects identified method of power plant steam turbine bearing in the stand- ard of "technical specifications of turbine tin-based alloy bearing", the accuracy of the defects identified is low in the standard, and it can' t meet the technical conditions of the turbine bearing inspection, the paper makes recalculation theoretically, and combining with the practice, it developes a new method of defects identified, and can be verified and applied in practice.
