According to the requirement of constructing the large marketing' s strategic plan and marketing intensive management of State Grid Corporation, the provincial centralized operating 95598 call platform with strengthen emer- gency response capability and high dependability has been developed by Qinghai Electric Power Corporation, in order to improve the power supply service quality and customer service level, and promote 95598 service brand.
