文章通过人力资源管理系统和ERP系统接口的开发,实现了ERP系统和人力资源管理系统横向集成,形成了统一数据资源,提高了业务部门工作效率,为青海省电力公司人力资源业务管理提供了统一规范、高效便捷的信息支持平台。
The paper introduces the interface development between human resource management system and ERP system, it achieves the horizontal integration, and forms the unified data resource, as well as improves the work efficiency of operating division, thus provides normative and convenient information supporting platform for human resource management of Qinghai Electric Power Corporation.
