^(99)Tc-亚甲基二磷酸盐联合来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效

Technetium-99m Methylene Diphosphonate Combined with Leflunomide for Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的观察99Tc-亚甲基二磷酸盐联合来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法将42例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为2组:治疗组21例,给予99Tc-亚甲基二磷酸盐联合来氟米特治疗;对照组21例,应用肾上腺糖皮质激素治疗。2组均以2周为1个疗程,连续治疗5个疗程。观察2组临床疗效及停药后3个月的复发率。结果治疗组总有效率为95.2%,停药后3个月复发率为4.8%;对照组总有效率为71.5%,停药后3个月复发率为28.5%。治疗组疗效显著优于对照组,且复发率显著低于对照组,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 99Tc-亚甲基二磷酸盐联合来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎优于糖皮质激素治疗,且复发率低。

Objective To observe the effect of technetium-99m methylene diphosphonate combined with leflunomide on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Forty-two patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly assigned to receive 5 courses of treatment with either technetium-99m methylene diphosphonate combined with leflunomide （treatment group,n=21）or adrenal glucocorticoid （control group,n=21）.The duration of each course was 2 weeks.The clinical effects and 3-month relapse rates were observed in both groups. Results Compared with control group,treatment with technetium-99m methylene diphosphonate and leflunomide significantly increased the total effective rate and obviously decreased the relapse rate（95.2% vs 71.5% and 4.8% vs 28.5% ,respectively ;P〈0.01 ）.Conclusion Technetium- 99m methylene diphosphonate combined with leflunomide is superior to glucocorticoid in treating rheumatoid arthritis and decreasing low recurrence rate.
