通过社会体育指导员发展的历史沿革及目前对社会体育指导员状况的研究分析,总结了我国社会体育指导员发展过程中存在的问题,并对体育院校如何培养与社会需求相结合的社会体育指导员提出了相应的建议。

Through the research and analysis on the development of social sports instructors in the history and the present situation, the article not only summarizes the problems existing in the development of Chinese social sports instructors, but also puts forward some suggestions on the PE college cultivation of social sports instructors and ways to meet the social demand.
