摘要
现阶段,中国劳动收入不断下降,并严重逼近了社会容忍限度。要解决劳动收入下降问题,一是在调节税制度上规范资本,二是按市场经济原则有偿使用资源,三是加强人力资本的建设,四是建立健全集体表达利益诉求的"劳资谈判制度"。使得资本、资源、社会成员的收入,包括劳动收入都取得合理增长,让更多劳动者分享到社会财富增长的好处,体现社会公平正义。
The present stage, Chinese labour income situation of declining ceaselessly has become an indisputable fact, and seriously approaching the limits of social tolerance. To solve the problem of labour income decreasing, some measures must be done. Firstly, adjusting the implementation of capital taxes ; secondly, regulating compensation for the use of resources; thirdly, strengthening human capital development; fourthly, establishing a "labour-capital bargaining system", which could make the profit of the factor of the production, including the reasonable growth of labour and share of the social wealth among more laborers to the fairness and justice of the society.
