摘要
以问卷调查为基础,对当前法律英语在校学习者学习需求状况进行了分析。结果显示,现行的法律英语教学实践在满足学生学习需求方面的实际效果不太理想。文章认为对当前的法律英语的教学目标应当做出适度的调整,使之更具操作性。结合学生的需求,课程的设置应当以培养学生的实践能力为主。以阅读和翻译作为教学的重点。希望为当前的法律英语教学思路提供一定的借鉴意义。
Based on a questionnaire survey, this paper makes a needs analysis of the legal English learners. As revealed in the data, the present legal English teaehing cannot in some degree meet the learner' s needs. The paper also suggests a feasible teaching objective to adjust the emphasis on the development of the reading and translation skills in the hope of being considered in the design of legal English teaching.
