摘要
本文针对信息时代高校图书馆过刊的开发与利用问题,从信息时代高校图书馆过刊的主要特点,影响过刊利用率的主要因素及开发利用过刊的主要措施三个方面进行了论述。
On the problem of the development and utilization of college library back issues in the Information Age, this paper mainly discusses and describes the main features, the chief affecting factors, the development and utilization of the back issues.
