质量是企业的生命,确保产品质量是所有食品企业的当务之急。双汇集团作为国内首屈一指的肉制品企业,正是由于在质量管理方面存在着一些问题,才导致了"瘦肉精"事件的发生。痛定思痛,双汇集团通过实施一系列措施,即深化企业文化建设,强化品牌意识;完善产业链条,实施供产销一体化发展模式;健全质量监管法律;与消费者互动,增强市场亲密度等。进一步完善了质量管理体制,从而使企业逐渐走出了"瘦肉精"事件的阴影。
To ensure the product quality is urgent for all food producers, as it determines the fate of a business. Although Shineway Group was one of the top meat processing enterprises in China, its problems in the quality control resulted in the Clenbuterol scandal. Through a thorough investigation after this painful experience, Shineway took a series of measures to improve the quality managing system and gradu- ally stepped out from the shadow of the scandal. It reinforced the company culture construction, strengthening the brand awareness; im- proved the industrial chain, a model integrating the supply, producing and sale stages; completed the quality supervision law; interacted with the consumers, enhancing the market affinity.
