右美托咪啶用于高血压患者胃肠手术全麻后期的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨右美托咪啶用于高血压患者胃肠手术全麻后期的临床效果。方法 36例有高血压病史拟行胃肠手术的患者,随机分为右美托咪啶组(A,n=18)和对照组(B,n=18)。两组常规采用气管内插管静吸全麻,A组于手术结束前40min经静脉微量注射泵泵注0.8μg/kg的右美托咪啶,B组注射等量的0.9%氯化钠注射液。结果右美托咪啶组各时间段的HR和MAP明显低于对照组(P<0.05),心肌缺血发生率和躁动发生率也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪啶能有效地减轻苏醒期的血流动力学波动,保护心肌,降低术后躁动发生率。 Objective To investigate the effect of Dexmedetomidine used for the patients with hyper- tension in the late general anesthesia of gastrointestinal surgery. Methods Patients with hypertension scheduled for gastrointestinal surgery, were randomly divided into the Dcxmedetomidine group(A) , the control group (B), 18 patients in each group. At 40 minutes before the end of operation, injection Dexmedetomidine 0. 8 μg/kg with minipump was adminitered in groud A, but groud B was given the same amount of physiological saline. Results HR and MAP in groud A was significantly lower than the control group B(P 〈 0. 05). Myocardial damage rate and agitation rate in groud A was significantly lower than group B ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Dexmedetomidine can effectively stabilize the hemodynamics status, reduce the myocardial damage rate and the agitation rate.
