为推广钢框架—钢筋混凝土结构住宅的应用,针对国内近年来的工程案例进行初步分析与研究,总结和归类出双重体系在实际运用上结构构成、结构节点连接、防火优势等方面的技术经验,提出了在结构设计、抗震要求与整体稳定分析方面的建议,为今后的设计积累必要的技术资料及提供参考。

In order to promote the steel frame-steel reinforced concrete structure, the essay analyzes recent domestic engineering cases, summari- zes and classifies the technological application experience of double system in aspects of structural composition, structural joint connection and fireproof and so on, and puts forward suggestions from aspects of structural design, seismic requirements and overall stability analysis, which has accumulated necessary technological data and reference for the design in future.
