摘要
分析了"托梁换柱(墙)法",从理论上阐述了托换技术的基本原则和具体要求,并以上海金桥高科大厦高层框架钢筋混凝土结构改造为例,从实践中证明托换技术在工程中应用的可行性。
The paper analyzes the beam-underpinning and column （wall）-transformation method, theoretical describes the basic principles and specific requirements of underpinning technique, and takes Jinqiao high-teeh high-rise frame steel concrete structure transformation in Shanghai as an example, and then proves the feasibility of underpinning technique applied in the engineering in practice.
