Through making various site examinations on Nanchang Railway junction and reading its distribution chart, the author of the paper ac- quires rather understanding on the basic conditions of Nanchang railway junction, and rather specifically introduces partial stations within the junction, qualitatively analyzes the functions and partial railway lines with the junction and the railway flows, and briefly demonstrates the chan- ges and development of Nanchang railway junction, and finally summarizes general qualitative examination methods of large-scale railway junc- tion.
