交叉学科对锅炉及引风机的节能与减排初探

摘要 结合实例,试用交叉学科的管理和多学科进行综合治理方法对热水锅炉引风机的运行节能、节电、降低锅炉排烟热损失、振动和噪声扰民进行了初步探讨,以达到使锅炉降低排烟热损失,降低振动和噪声排放,治理具有投资省、操作维护方便的特点。 Combining with examples, the study tries to adopt comprehensive treatment methods with interdisciplinary subject and many subjects for undertaking the primary exploration for the energy-saving, the power-saving, the reduction of heat loss at boiler smoke ejection, the disturbing residents by vibration and noises when the hot-water boiler' s induced draft fan is operated, so as to lower the heat loss of the boiler' s smoke ejec- tion, reduce the vibration and noises, and the treatment can be operated conveniently with less cost.
