摘要
结合工作经验,针对监理如何控制好保障房工程质量进行了探讨,分别阐述了建设初期,施工阶段,竣工验收阶段监理要点,并指出良好的组织协调能力有助于提高工程质量,消除质量隐患。
Combining with working experience, the paper explores how to control low-income housing engineering quality for supervisors, respec- tively describes supervision points at preliminary construction phase, construction phase and completion phase, and points out that supervisors with good organization and coordination abilities will be some help for improving engineering quality and preventing quality hazards.
