抗感冒药物成分的药理特征及其临床用药研究

目的分析抗感冒药中所含主要成分的药理特性,并探讨其临床应用。方法记录我院2011年常用抗感冒药的商品名与通用名,分析药品中所含主要成分的药理特性,并根据临床应用情况探讨合理用药措施。结果常用药物中含有的成分可根据作用分为六类:收缩血管、解热镇痛、抗病毒、镇咳祛痰、抗组胺、中枢兴奋。结论多数患者对使用抗感冒药存在认知不足的现象,自主参照说明书服用的几率较高,合理性不足,应根据其症状推荐用药。

Objective Analysis of anti-cold medicine contained the main ingredients of the pharmacological properties, and to explore its clinical application. Methods Record commonly used anti-cold medicine hospital in 2011, trade name and generic name, the analysis contained in the main component of the pharmacological properties of drugs, and according to the clinical application of rational drug use. Results The common- ly used drugs containing ingredients grouped into six categories according to the role ： contraction of blood vessels, antipyretic and analgesic, antiviral, antitussive and expectorant, anti-histamine, central nervous system stimulation. Conchmion Most patients with the use of anti-cold medicine exists a lack of awareness of the phenomenon, self-reference instructions taking higher risk, lack of rationality, medication should be recommended based on their symptoms.
