解剖型胫骨髓内钉(ETN)治疗胫骨骨折临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨解剖型胫骨髓内钉(expert tibialnail,ETN)治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效。方法应用ETN治疗胫骨骨折12例均为闭合性损伤。结果手术时间70~110min,平均90min,切口均Ⅰ期愈合,无感染等并发症发生。随访平均15个月。X线片复查均无ETN弯曲及断裂、医源性骨折、肢体短缩、骨不愈等并发症发生。结论 ETN可以同时增强骨折断端轴向和横向稳定性,治疗胫骨骨折具有固定牢靠、手术创伤小等优点,优于传统髓内钉。
