基于工作嵌入视角的民营企业雇员离职研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于工作嵌入理论,提出了四个研究假设,并以江苏苏南地区的民营企业为对象,采用问卷调查的形式,运用SPSS 17.0进行统计分析,从而对人口变量、工作内嵌入、工作外嵌入与离职倾向的关系进行探索性研究,并针对研究结果提出建议。
