基于ZigBee技术的机械零件检测系统设计

摘要 针对机械零件质量人工检测工作量大、效率低等现状,设计零件在线自动检测系统,通过影像传感器、霍尔传感器等进行零件数据采集,利用ZigBee协议将采集的数据传输到协调器,再通过以太网将数据传输到远程服务器,经过与数据库中数据的比对与分析,将零件是否合格的信息写入到RFID标签中,最终由分拣机构实现对零件的分离,达到零件质量自动检测的效果。 Facing with the reality of the heavy workload,low efficiency of artificial testing system of mechanical parts,the paper designs an on-line automatic detecting system on the basis of the following: the data are collect by image sensor,hall sensor and etc,and the are transferred to coordinator based on ZigBee protocol and transferred to the long-distance server by Ethernet;the information of testing result is written in the RFID label after comparison and analysis in the database and the mechanical parts are separated by the sorting system to achieve the result of automatic testing and sorting of the mechanical parts
