摘要
以ERG理论为线索,对饭店实习生的核心需求进行分析,并列举饭店在实践中满足这些核心需求的不足之处,针对不足之处进行进一步研究找到相关的满足策略,为饭店管理好实习生提供借鉴。
Taking the ERG theory as a clue, the paper gives an analysis of core demands of hotel trainees and makes a list of aspects that hotels can not meet the demands, and further bings forward some countermeasures, so as to supply references for hotels to have a good management of trainees.
