To standardize the fuel - efficient technology and select effective and safe fuel - efficient products for fishermen, the evaluation methods of the fuel - efficient products used for main engine of fishing vessels were explored and established based on industry research and laboratory study. Meanwhile, the construction plan for testing system was established and the evaluation method was developed, which included economy assessment, dynamics assessment and environment assessment.
