摘要
采用一种新型的高内相乳液法制备了苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯类毛细管液相色谱整体柱.利用组装的微流液相系统对其进行了色谱评价,系统考察了不同的流动相比例及流速对保留时间、分离度、分流比和孔隙率的影响,并用扫描电子显微镜对其形态进行了表征.实验结果表明:所制备的色谱柱可以基线分离硫脲、苯、甲苯及乙苯4种物质,证明这是一种新型有效的整体柱制备方法.
A styrene-based monolith was quickly prepared inside the fused-silica capillary,which in situ polymerization was carried out by high internal phase emulsion polymers.The effects of the content of aeetonitrile in mobile phase and flow rate on retention time,resolution,splitting ratio and total porosity were investigated.The morphology of styrene -based monoliths was studied with scanning electron microscopy.Baseline separation of the model analysis was respectively achieved including thiourea,toluene,naphthalene and biphenyl by the developed capillary liquid chromatography system.It is proved that this was an novel effective column preparation technique.
