地方高校应用型师资队伍建设策略研究

On the Strategies of Application-oriented Teacher Team Building in Local Universities

地方高校多把人才培养目标指向应用型本科人才的培养,这种人才培养模式在很大程度上取决于地方高校师资的整体素质,要求建设一支素质优良、结构合理、专兼结合、特色鲜明、相对稳定的"应用型"师资队伍,但目前地方高校应用型教师的培养存在一定的误区和困境。对此,应通过加快基层学术组织改革;实行分类管理;加大应用型高层次人才的引进和培养;加强教师职业素质培训;建立应用型兼职教师资源库;加大应用型专业教学团队和创新型科研团队建设等手段来促进地方高校应用型师资队伍的建设。

The training targeting of local universities is mainly the training of application-oriented undergraduates.This personnel training mode that depends largely on the overall quality of the teachers in local university,should require building an application-oriented teacher team with high-quality,reasonable structure,part and distinct features and relatively stable.But there are some misunderstandings and difficulties on application-oriented teacher team building in local universities.In this regard,it can be promoted by accelerating reform of the basic organization;implementing classified management;increasing the introduction and training of application-oriented high-level talented person;strengthening teacher professional quality training;establishing resource library of part-time teachers;increasing the building of application-oriented professional teaching team and innovation-oriented researching team and so on.
