新世纪教师素养的阙失与提高——校园“冷暴力”事件的时代审视

Absence and Improvement of Teachers Quality in the New Century——Based on the "Cold Violence" Accidents in Campus

新世纪国际竞争的焦点体现在人才的竞争,因此人才的培养已成为当务之急。人才的培养主要依靠教育的力量,近几年层出不穷五花八门的校园"冷暴力"事件,使社会各界对新世纪教师的素养问题提出了质疑。新世纪教师素养的阙失主要表现在道德素养、知识素养、能力素养和心理素养四方面,教师素养的提高,需要教师自身、学生个体、学校管理者和政府等社会各界的齐心协力。

There are the competitions of the talents in the new century,so the fostering talents have been an urgent affair.These years a series of ＂cold violence＂ accidents in campus have made all the classes think about teachers,and reflected on the absence and quality of teachers.This paper analyzes the moral quality,knowledge quality,capacity quality and psychology quality,and puts forward the strategies,which great efforts are needed by all the classes,including teachers,students,schools and governments.
