高职院校的保险专业办学时间短、办学条件不足,对保险专业毕业生的就业岗位定位不明确,教学改革滞后,理论教学和实践教学结合不紧密。开展基于任务导向的"嵌入式"教学改革,不仅能够培养学生的专业理论和职业技能,也能让学生加深对保险职业的认识和提高职业道德水平。

The studying condition of insurance majors in higher vocational colleges is insufficient,which makes employment orientation unclear,and makes teaching theory and practice unconnected.Based on task-oriented ＂embedded＂ teaching reform,this teaching mode can not only train the students＇ professional theory and skills,can also deepen the understanding and enhance moral standards of insurance occupation.
